重要提示：本服务提供的八字、紫微、六爻、星座等内容，由确定性历法排盘与 AI 辅助解读生成， 仅供文化研究、自我反思与娱乐参考，不构成医疗、心理、投资、法律或任何专业建议。请勿将本服务的任何输出作为重大人生决策的唯一依据。

一、服务内容

本服务基于中国传统历法（万年历、真太阳时）进行确定性排盘计算，并结合公版古籍与名家断语资料，通过 AI 模型生成通俗化解读。服务包括：免费排盘与过去验证、每日运势、星座解读，以及付费的深度命书、紫微命书、六爻断卦与追问对话。

AI 生成内容可能存在错误或不准确之处。排盘（四柱、大运、流年等）为可核验的历法计算；解读文字为 AI 生成，仅供参考。

二、使用资格

你须年满 18 周岁，或在监护人知情同意下使用本服务。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。

三、账户与邮箱验证

一次性解锁（尝鲜）无需注册；订阅会员须完成邮箱验证码验证，邮箱仅用于身份识别、权益恢复与必要的服务通知。
你须对提供的出生信息的准确性负责；排盘结果完全取决于你输入的信息。
更换设备时，可通过已验证邮箱恢复已购权益。

四、付费与配额

当前档位：一次性解锁 ¥9.9；月度会员 ¥199（含每月 20 次深度提问）；年度会员 ¥999（含每月 50 次深度提问）。价格与配额可能调整，以支付页面展示为准。
中国大陆用户的支付由持牌第三方支付通道处理；海外用户的交易由 Lemon Squeezy 作为 Merchant of Record（登记商户）处理。我们不接触、不存储你的银行卡信息。
会员权益自支付成功起按周期生效；月度配额按自然月计，未用完不结转。

五、行为规范

不得利用本服务从事任何违法活动，或生成、传播恐吓性内容。
不得对本服务进行爬取、逆向、批量调用，或将输出内容包装为你自己的收费服务转售。
生成的解读内容供你个人使用；本服务引用的古籍为公有领域文献。

六、价值观红线

本服务不做恐吓式断言、不宣扬宿命论。核心立场是「改命就是改心」：每条结论尽量附盘面依据与可执行建议。若你正处于严重情绪困扰中，请寻求专业心理支持，而非依赖任何命理服务。

七、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按"现状"提供，不对解读内容的准确性、完整性或适用性作任何保证；因依赖本服务输出而产生的任何直接或间接损失，我们的累计责任以你在过去 12 个月内实际支付的费用为上限。

八、服务变更与终止

我们可能更新、暂停或终止部分功能。若服务永久终止，对仍在有效期内的付费会员，我们将按剩余周期比例退款。

九、条款变更

条款如有重大变更，将在本页更新并标注日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。

IMPORTANT: All BaZi, Zi Wei, I-Ching, and zodiac content provided by the Service is generated from deterministic calendar computation and AI-assisted interpretation, and is offered solely for cultural interest, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any professional advice. Do not rely on any output of the Service as the sole basis for major life decisions.

1. The Service

The Service computes charts deterministically from traditional Chinese calendrics (perpetual calendar, true solar time) and generates plain-language interpretations with AI models grounded in public-domain classical texts. Free features include chart calculation, past-verification, daily fortune, and zodiac readings; paid features include in-depth readings, Zi Wei readings, I-Ching divination, and follow-up Q&A. AI-generated content may contain errors; chart data is verifiable calendar math, while interpretive text is for reference only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a guardian's informed consent. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Email Verification

One-time unlock requires no registration. Subscriptions require email verification via a one-time code; your email is used only for identification, purchase restoration, and essential service notices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide.

4. Payment & Quota

Current tiers: one-time unlock ¥9.9; monthly membership ¥199 (20 in-depth questions per month); yearly membership ¥999 (50 in-depth questions per month). Prices shown at checkout prevail.
For customers outside mainland China, orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; mainland China payments are processed by a licensed local payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.
Monthly question quotas reset each calendar month and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, scrape or reverse-engineer it, make bulk automated calls, or resell its output as your own paid service. Generated readings are for your personal use; classical source texts are in the public domain.

6. Editorial Red Lines

The Service never issues fear-mongering claims and does not promote fatalism. Every conclusion aims to include its chart basis and actionable suggestions. If you are experiencing serious emotional distress, please seek professional help rather than relying on any fortune-telling service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. If the Service is permanently discontinued, active subscribers will be refunded pro-rata for the unused period.
