退款政策

我们希望你为「觉得准、觉得值」付费。订阅会员提供 7 天冷静期： 7 天内深度提问不超过 3 次，可无理由全额退款。

一、各档位退款规则

档位	规则
一次性解锁 ¥9.9	数字内容即时交付：报告成功生成后不支持无理由退款。若因技术故障未能生成内容，全额退款。
月度会员 ¥199	支付后 7 天内、且深度提问累计不超过 3 次 → 无理由全额退款；超出后本周期不退，可随时停止续费。
年度会员 ¥999	支付后 7 天内、且深度提问累计不超过 3 次 → 无理由全额退款；7 天后可申请按未使用月份比例退款（扣除已用整月按月费 ¥199 折算，最多扣至年费金额）。

二、以下情形全额退款，无条件

重复扣款、误扣款；
支付成功但权益未到账，且我们未能在 48 小时内修复；
服务永久下线时，按剩余周期比例退款（见服务条款）。

三、不适用退款的情形

因"解读结果不符合个人期待"要求退款（命理内容仅供参考，我们已在多处明确提示）；
违反服务条款（如批量爬取、转售）被终止服务的账户。

四、如何申请

发邮件至 406569772@qq.com，标题注明"退款"；
附上：支付订单号（支付凭证截图亦可）、支付渠道、绑定邮箱（如有）；
我们在 3 个工作日内答复，同意后 5–7 个工作日内原路退回。海外订单由 Lemon Squeezy 原支付方式退回，到账时间以其通道为准。

五、争议处理

若对处理结果有异议，可继续邮件沟通；海外用户亦可通过 Lemon Squeezy 的订单支持渠道发起退款请求。

We want you to pay only if you find it accurate and worthwhile. Subscriptions come with a 7-day cooling-off period: full refund, no questions asked, if you've used no more than 3 in-depth questions.

1. Refund Rules by Tier

Tier	Rule
One-time unlock ¥9.9	Digital content delivered instantly: no refund after the report is successfully generated. Full refund if generation fails due to a technical fault.
Monthly ¥199	Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have used at most 3 in-depth questions. After that, the current period is non-refundable; you may cancel future renewal at any time.
Yearly ¥999	Full refund within 7 days (≤ 3 questions used). After 7 days, pro-rata refund for unused full months (used months charged at the monthly rate of ¥199, capped at the yearly price).

2. Always Fully Refunded

Duplicate or erroneous charges;
Payment succeeded but entitlement was not delivered and we could not fix it within 48 hours;
Permanent shutdown of the Service (pro-rata for the remaining period).

3. Not Eligible

Dissatisfaction with the interpretive content itself (readings are for reference only, as disclosed throughout the Service);
Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service (e.g., scraping, reselling).

4. How to Request

Email 406569772@qq.com with the subject "Refund", including your order ID, payment channel, and verified email (if any). We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Orders placed outside mainland China are refunded through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
