Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Birth date, time, city, gender — used solely to compute your chart and generate readings; stored in your browser's localStorage.
• Your questions — used to generate answers; chat history is stored locally in your browser.
• Email address (subscribers only) — used for verification codes, purchase restoration, and essential notices; stored server-side.
• Anonymous device ID — a random identifier used to recognize membership entitlement and monthly question quota.
• Payment details — handled entirely by payment processors; we never see your card number.

We use no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. AI Processing

To generate readings, your chart data (derived calendar results) and questions are sent to our AI model provider (DeepSeek). Your email and payment details are never included. Please avoid entering sensitive personal identifiers in your questions.

3. Payment Processors

Orders outside mainland China are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy; mainland China payments are processed by a licensed local provider.

4. Retention & Deletion

Local reading history can be cleared by you at any time. Server-side email and entitlement records are kept for 12 months after membership expiry (for purchase restoration), then deleted. Email 406569772@qq.com at any time to access, correct, or delete your data; we respond within 15 business days.

5. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS; server-side data is minimized; verification codes expire in 10 minutes with limited attempts. No internet transmission is absolutely secure; affected users will be notified promptly of any breach.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14. Any such data discovered will be deleted immediately.
